BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Rules

All guests are required to comply with the house rules of the property and all applicable stay regulations. In case of any issues or questions during their stay, guests may contact the property staff.

Boutique Hotel Villa Adriatica is an adults-only property. The minimum guest age is 16 years.

Guests are responsible for their conduct during their stay and for any damage caused by themselves or by persons for whom they are responsible.

Guests are required to respect the agreed check-in and check-out times.

Safety

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The property accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

When leaving the room or the property, guests are required to lock doors, close windows, switch off lights and electrical appliances, and turn off water taps.

Noise and Neighbourhood

Guests are kindly requested to respect the peace and privacy of other guests and neighbours. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

Parking

The hotel does not guarantee a private parking space with the reservation.

Public parking is available near the hotel and is subject to local parking regulations. The parking fee is EUR 0.80 per hour on working days. Parking is free of charge on weekends.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of public parking facilities and compliance with local traffic regulations.

Protection of Property

Removal of hotel inventory, including furniture, towels, bed linen, pillows and other equipment, is not permitted.

Visitors

Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted without prior approval from the hotel management.

Parties and Events

Parties, celebrations and larger gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval from the property.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The applicable payment and cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate plan and are clearly displayed during the booking process before the reservation is confirmed.

Flexible BAR Reservations

  • Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • In the event of cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival, reservation modification or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount may be charged.
  • If the reservation was paid by card and the guest is entitled to a free cancellation and refund, the refund will be made to the same card used for the payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the confirmation of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Reservations

  • The total reservation amount is charged upon confirmation of the reservation.
  • In the event of cancellation, modification of the reservation or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
  • Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly confirmed in writing by the property.

Tourist Tax

Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and is paid at the property.

The tourist tax amounts to EUR 2.00 per person per night for stays from 15 June to 30 September, and EUR 1.50 per person per night for stays from 1 October to 15 October.

COMPLAINT POLICY

Guests have the right to submit a written complaint regarding the provided service.

The property will respond to written complaints within the legal deadline of 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

In the event of a legal dispute between the guest and the property, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.

Guests may also use available out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms through the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies in the European Union.
